Shipping Timeframes
Ready Stock Orders: We dispatch orders within 2 to 3 working days after receiving the order.
Make-to-Order Items: For items that are made to order, shipping will occur 8 to 10 working days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling fees are additional and calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the shipment. You will be informed of the exact charges at checkout.

Address Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your complete address, including city, country, and postal code, as well as your contact phone number. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking details via email. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier’s website.

Taxes and Customs Duties
